Q. When I clicked over to the store’s site the shoes were out of stock. What gives?

A. Our site is updated with new product availability information a few times every week, while many of our retailers’ sites are updated daily or in real time. It is possible for a shoe to sell out in between our site updates and incorrect information to be displayed. Along those same lines, retailers' prices may change more often than it is possible for us to update our database, so it might be worth your while to check a few of the links before completing your purchase.
